Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge Movie Review :
Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge Movie Rating : 3 . A story based on the Sharad Joshi novel Tum Kab Jaoge Atithi and loosely resembling Hollywood’s You, Me and Dupree or What About Bob?, this non-traditionally clever comedy is all about a family living its normal life before seeing everything turn topsy-turvy when an otherwise “innocent” guest wears out his welcome.
Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge? is an upcoming 2010 Bollywood comedy film directed by Ashwni Dhir. It stars Ajay Devgn, Konkona Sen Sharma and Paresh Rawal in the lead roles.
The movie is about Puneet (Ajay Devgan) and Munmun (Konkona Sen Sharma), a happily married couple living in Mumbai whose lives take an interesting turn when a distant relative, Chachaji (Paresh Rawal) turns up unannounced at their doorstep from a far off village.
The guest overstays his welcome so much so that the exasperated couple come up with various ploys to hasten his departure to hilarious results.
Paresh in the disguise of athithi is amazing. He is really the scene-stealer. When Satish Kaushik looks good in the movie ATITHI TUM KAB JAOGE? demanding apology from Ajay. Akhilendra Mishra, Mukesh Tiwari and Viju Khote play nice roles. Sanjay Mishra is best also.
As the first half of the film sets up the story, the second half is where the plot becomes more comical and hilarious, although not a in slapstick, riotous manner but more in the form of insightful humor that most people watching this film will relate to in one form or another
